Text messaging (SMS/RCS) program

When you give us your mobile number or book an appointment, you consent to receive text messages from Pretty In Layers. These include appointment reminders and confirmations, booking updates, payment and invoice links, and replies to your messages.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the salon, and only as needed to provide our services:

• Square — to process payments.
• Our salon software and messaging provider — to manage bookings and send texts/emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
